Creative, solution-oriented, always empathetic and building on my personal background, we worked on my problem together in several sessions. I got new motivation and new ideas from our collaboration and can highly recommend getting involved with the Walt-Disney-Method.

I have already used various coaching sessions with Saskia. 
These included preparatory work for seminars/workshops or personal planning of my appointments and resources. 
It is very difficult for me to organize the so called "in-between times" and to assess and plan them correctly.
With Saskia at my side, I am much more confident in my events because I have not only developed a flexible but harmonised seminar plan but have also worked out my own strengths with her. 
She is very sensitive and empathetic in her approach and brings me to the solution that I can best plan for myself.

We hired Saskia to organise and execute the NEXtra Lausitz project from September 2022 till May 2023. Saskia's dedication and creativity played a crucial role in making this project a resounding success. 
The NEXtra Lausitz project aimed to introduce young Lausitz residents to the concept of sustainability and engage them in envisioning a more sustainable future for their homeland, in alignment with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Saskia Brosius's remarkable organizational skills, her ability to inspire and engage the youth, and her commitment to the goals of the NEXtra Lausitz project make her an exceptional colleague.
